Sunday Worship at 10:00 AM

Our tradition of worship is based on the mainline protestant Congregational worship experience with a lot of 21st century realism and just plain Americana thrown in. We borrow heavily from contemporary philosophies and cutting edge theological movements. An open communion is practiced on the first Sunday of the month.

Pilgrim Choir, Occasional Sundays 9 AM Downstairs

The "Make a Joyful Noise" choir meets Sundays at 9 AM downstairs on days they offer special music at the church. No experience necessary to join. The choir is led by Kevin Wright, (360) 853-7959, or mapper55@msn.com for more information.

The Study Group, Wednesdays at 4:00 PM

This is a pastor directed discussion group centered on a current study guide or book of interest relating the meaning of life in a pluralist world. The group meets in the Fellowship Hall at the church (use basement entrance). Currently the group is looking at stories from Rabbi Heschel, Asked for Wonder. Check the newsletter or call the church office for more information. The group meets in the lower level of the church.

Practice of Silence, Call the office for current schedule

This is a shared leadership group meditation and prayer time that grew out of a need by some of our members for a period of silence to be shared with other people. Participants are invited to enter and leave in silence, spending as much time in silence as they wish, and leave in peace.

Skagit Valley Theological Colloquium, 3rd Thurs. at 12:00

An in-depth monthly theological discussion based on prearranged text which can be found in the newsletter. This group is led by Dr. Bill Malcomson and is sponsored by Seattle University School of Theology. Participants are requested to bring a brown bag lunch. Refreshments will be provided.

Habitat for Humanity (Contact the church for construction schedule)

Join other volunteers from around the county help new home owners build their homes. No prior experience necessary. Car pool from the church at 8:30. Bring a brown bag. Tools will be provided.

Sun. Shine Group, Thursdays 10 AM to Noon

Weekly gathering of concerned men and women taking care of each other by taking care of the church building.
